Martin Valentin Menke Photos
Martin Valentin Menke was born in 1967. He was studying photography and film at the FH ( Fachhochschule ) Dortmund, Germany. He is specialized on film-stills, portraits of actors and fashion photography.

He was inspired by David Hockney´s collage-technique, by Pierre et Gille´s Kitschkunst, by Cindy Sherman´s cinematic direction and by the authenticity of the work of Wolfgang Tillmanns and Juergen Teller.

Martin V. Menke invented the fictional character Danni Dean for his production ALLES NUR GETRAEUMT which is presented in Cologne, Germany. Currently his works TWIN PICS and WELT FUER DANNI DEAN are shown in Hamburg and Cologne.
